Hey all:

This weeks listen educates us on the importance of what details should be entered into the RMLS when listing your house for sale.  As Jason states several times in the podcast, "Homes are not sold online, but they are definitely eliminated" and therefore, on a case by case listening, the details used to advertise your house vary.  How many photos should you submit?  Should room square-footage be submitted?  Should drone footage be used?  No 2 listings are the same and that's why it's very important to work with your real estate professional to formulate the best marketing plan based on your goals!  Take a listen and let me know what questions you have!http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/water-cooler-real-estate/id1368202306?mt=2&i=1000413637510
